Great customer service! The waiting room is spotless, and run by a friendly, helpful non-mechanic. No greasy, dirty waiting room staffed by anti-social people who would rather have their head in a car than speak to you.
My work was a repair covered by the other driver's insurance. I never saw a bill, and did no work with the insurance company. It was all handled perfectly by S&S.
My minor repair work was perfect, and the new paint blends perfectly with the old. Just like nothing ever happened.
