Two mowers ,one edger were to be repaired,called 3 times to Julie,Ken freeman and Harold Ross to make sure equipment was repaired,paid by American exp
Received back two mowers and one edger,BOTH MOWERS WERE INOPERABLE DESPITE BEING TOLD THAT ALL WERE REPAIRED.called Julie who had taken a payment of $429 and some cents and told her the issue,she said she would reverse the AMERICAN express charges right away,however she lied and went ahead and charged me for 3 repairs while 2 had not been done
I expect to pay only for the edger that was repaired and I kept,I will not receive delivery of the 2 unrepaired mowers and so will not pay for them as they are dishonest and I do not trust them to do the right thing,I went ahead and bought a new mower,the delivery man was with me when I checked the mowers,they were not working and he took them back
