S & RHeating & Air Conditioning Company, Inc., respond to service call from [redacted] home insurance, which enlisted S & R as the contractor to provide repair servicesThe AC unit was checked by another company who remove all the refrigerant from the systemWe inform customer that we need to proform a leak check on the system, but need to call AHS for approval to due leak check, after AHS approved the leak check we added nitrogen to the system couldn't find leak, so we decided to added DYE with the nitrogen, we inform customer we will return The two to three days to check for DYE leak, when we return didn't find any leak in the system, it was still fill with nitrogen and DYE, so we decided to added refrigerant to the system, which AHS pay $LBS and home owner responsible for $LBS, we added 7LBS R-which total up to $That was in April 2016, AHS call us back out there on July 2016, at that time we notice that the system was low by 2LBS so we added 2-LBS of R-and said to the customer if this run out we return and do another leak check, which we done and found leak on inside system, we call AHS to replace system and they were going to replace system, but they ask us what will be the non-cover charge and we gave them the non-cover charge, so I guess home didn't want to pay the non-cover, so they outside of AHS, but we were going to deduct $for the second order of refrigerant which was 2-LBS, plus they had to pay a deductible to AHS which was $plus $which equal up to $215.00, we don't mind reimburse them the $
