I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI will state that however they claim it taking business days for the payment to clear from the online service, when speaking to SRC on the phone, they told me it takes up to days from then for SRC to clear that paymentIn total of around business days for the payment to clearI will not use their online payment service because I have never experienced an online payment service that takes so long to clear a paymentThis is the only time I have ever experienced this with any company everI have purchased items online from over seas and never had such an incredibly outdated payment process everIt is very unfortunate that a local company uses a service that is that far out of touch with today's times.I can't imagine I am the only person who has had this issue with this companyMany people make bill payments online for convenience purposes as well as the fact that most companies I have dealt with not only encourage online payments but require them for environmental reasons*** ***

Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] started service on 7/18/16 in the middle of a billing cycle, because there was a balance due when the new billing cycle occurred our computer system automatically applied a late fee of $2.00. site that iit takes up to 10 business days for us to receive the payment. It is a payment clearing house. The customers late fee was credited back to their garbage account on 9/21/16 when Mrs. [redacted] called with her concerns. Customers have the option on that payment system of having an automatic payment taken out 1x month which would eliminate any future issue as our billing is done every other month. If the 10 day waiting period is of concern then I would recommend they use a different option, we do accept checks in the mail, cash in the office or a mastercard or visa over the phone, there is a $3.00 fee to use the credit card option.

payments for us. It is possible for Mrs [redacted] to set up an automatic payment on this web site. It would come out of her account every month and then her billing would never be behind. Another option would be to pay the billing for a year and get a 6% discount off the total due for a year, also eliminating a past due billing situation. There is an automatic reconnection fee that bills when service has been stopped and I have waived that fee for this instance only and the account noted as such. Mrs [redacted]'s payment has now been received and her service has been reinstated. She spoke to us on 1/11/16 and requested that we continue her service and not bring in the garbage cart.
