S & R Auto Trade-In Post

I purchased a [redacted] from S&R auto on 8-21-14.I paid Mr.[redacted] (owner) $1700.00 for this vehicle. on Sunday 8-24-14 the transmission locked up(would not go into drive). I contacted [redacted](employee) about this issue. he said I would have to have the vehicle towed back to them at my expense. upon return of vehicle I was issued a "loaner" vehicle by [redacted](owner). I was assured by Mr.[redacted] that I would have my vehicle back in 7 days. as of this writing I do not have my vehicle & they have taken back the loaner vehicle. I have requested that they refund my money to which they refused. I have had absolutely no contact from them since late august. I believe this is a poor & fraudulentcustomer service issue & I am requesting your assistance to get it resolved. I was discharged from the air force in July 2014 & I have a need for my money in order to purchase another vehicle. also they want me to pay half of the repair bill.Desired SettlementI am requesting that my money be refunded back to me.
