I was sold a Subzero fridge that has no serial noThe fridge has major sealant issue, It leaks.After months of the installation of the fridge, it started giving service message.I contacted the salesperson Stuart, told him about the message, he said: "I must clean the coil and nothing to worry".However, it kept happening and I kept throwing food out.Finally, after few months he agreed to send a technician.Again the same problem arose.I called myself times a technician to recharge the fridge and paid each time over $200.Finally, the technician advised me that I should call the sub-zero company as they provide warranty for sealant for years.At this time I called the sub-zero company, and they advised me that their sealant has complete labor and part warranty for years however in order for them to honor the warranty I have to provide the serial no.They advised me that there is a plate that is installed on the inside of the door with serial no.unfortunatly there was no plate inst
