Mrs. [redacted] are NOW trying to get some of that lease termination fee returned directly to THEM (not the Relocation company).We have communicated with them via email to have a documented flow of conversation.   We agreed with them on some of the items in dispute on their Security Deposit return and have processed an additional payment to them.Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] have called and also left numerous messages.   We asked that our communications be in writing so there would be no misunderstanding or miscommunication.   They want to vent their frustrations via phone calls directly to us.  We believe that is not productive for either party involved.We believe we have responded to every email within one business day.
