S-O-S Restoration, LLLP

This has been the most horrifying experience. I was a victim of a flood in my home. They came in approved through my homeowners insurance company and tore out everything from floor to cabinets in one day and it has taken over 6 weeks to get anyone to do anything correct. The supervisor assigned to my home has taken vacation in the middle of this with no communication until I sent him a message to complain. I am very unhappy as I am living in this mess with my pets and children. I was brought a sink that did not have hot water. The sink in my garage was better than the one they brought me. This has just turned out to be a bigger nightmare than it started out to be. I feel victimized by this company and would not reccommend them to my enemy. Once they got the contract they dissappeared and so did their integrity.
