Review: This company put a new roof on my house 4 years ago. I have had leaks in the last two years. I contacted the business and explained this. He said they would be out the next day. Said he remembered the house and everything. No one showed up. I called and left messages and nothing. I found a reputable company to look at the roof and was told that the roof was not put on properly which caused all the issues and money I now have to put into this. Very unprofessional and rude to not come fix a the sy job that you did.Desired Settlement: I would like an explanation for the awful customer service and the terrible job that was done on my roof and some money to repair this. No roof should need redone after only 4 years.
