Beautiful venue but terrible customer service! If I hadn't fallen in love with the decor, I would've taken my money back and ran away. I'm surprised to read so many positive reviews. I guess they chose to drop the ball for my wedding. Trying to reach someone in the banquet department when I had questions or concerns was extremely disappointing. I would've had a better chance of winning the lotto than having Ashley return my phone calls/emails in a timely fashion. Their only saving grace was Danielle but attending to all the little details for my wedding was not her job. Such a shame that the rest of the staff isn't well trained and as committed to their job as Danielle. Besides the atrocious customer service I received while planning my wedding, there were tons of mishaps on my wedding day by the staff. For example, why were ceremony floral arrangements being put in place 10 minutes before I walked down the aisle? Why were the reception place cards displayed outside of the cocktail hour room? Why were guests shown upstairs to the bridal suite when they arrived instead of being sent to the garden? The list of questions goes on and on. The answer is ultimately poor management.
