Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to help you and more importantly helping us improve and become a better company.  I understand that you attempted to utilize a coupon code that was incorrect.  I was made aware of an incorrect coupon code in a banner ad on our home...

page that read "TAKE 25% Off Sale Page! Use Code OMG40" early Monday morning 7/25.  The actual offer savings was and is correct at 25% Off.  The error was the actual coupon code to receive the 25% off was incorrect.  The code error was fixed immediately after it was discovered.  Unfortunately the code error was posted on the site for approximately 48 hours.  I would like to sincerely apologize for the confusion this clearly caused you.  The offer for 25% off however is correct and is still available to you.  I invite you to enjoy the 25% off our sale page with the correct coupon code SALE25.  I am so sorry for the inconvenience this caused you [redacted].  If I can assist you any further please contact me directly or simply reply to this email.  I am always happy to help and again thank you for the opportunity to explain the code error.
