from day one I’ve had problems with the car. My check engine keeps coming on. I just spent $2000 to get my car fixed that is under warranty. They are also texting me telling me I need to pay them $150 for forced insurance when I have car insurance. There telling me I don’t have any. I talked to 3 people at Allstate. I have car insurance. Now there telling me if I don’t pay them there going to come steal my car and shut of off when I’m driving it. The owner has threatened to come out to in his words “kick his *** for my boyfriend telling him by law he can’t just come take my car. I always make my car payment on time I pay it before it’s do and if I can I pay more then what I’m supposed to.

We are sorry you have experienced problems with your used vehicle and your warranty issue.We contacted warranty company and they stated that you have NEVER contacted them or us to have warranty work done so we cannot help someone if we do not know they need it.As far as the 2000.00 spent on repairs,it was just brought to my attention and I would be upset with the company that ripped you off for said repairs as that is called price gouging and not fair.As far as the forced insurance goes it is stated in EVERY Auto Loan throughout the US that if ones full coverage insurance cancels for ANY reason a Forced Insurance policy will be added immediately on that loan at customers expense to protect the lienholders collateral as that is just common sense.We notified you professionally and courteous regarding the cancellation notice and at NO time were any threats made whatsoever by myself or anybody with our company,we were just stating a fact that one CANNOT drive with out insurance its the LAW.We have verified that the insurance was reinstated and we have moved on.As far as threatening to assault your boyfriend that NEVER happened nor would that take place as that is NOT how we do business so in the future ANY and ALL conversations will take place with Ms. only as we don't appreciate that made up conversations and the rude way her boyfriend spoke to us,that is unacceptable but if there is ANYTHING we can do to HELP in any way we are here for you Thanks for reaching out.

Dean and his wife are very generous, caring people who have a history of helping people in crisis. This might sound like a "fake news" review, but trust me - it's not. Do a little digging on Dean and S&M Auto Sales and you might be surprised. All I know is that they're kind, fair, and compassionate people who know how to do the right thing

Very unprofessional, the car consistently had issues from the day we bought it. We asked the owner Dean to pick it up and he was sending very harassing and threatening text messsages.

Sorry you feel the way you do but as with anyone who does not pay and ends up in repossession they always blame the dealer wish you the best

I do not blame you I didn’t pay my payment and choose to buy a working vehicle instead. I blame how you handled the situation and your mannerism. Like I stated previously very unprofessional
