My husband and I decided that after 30+ years we needed to have our home locks changed I checked with the Revdex.com for a locksmith with a great rating and found Ted's Locksmith out of Matthews, NC I arranged to have [redacted] come to our house this morning to change the regular and master locks on our four main doors [redacted] arrived right on time and was so helpful as we talked about optionsHe recommended the one that would work best for us and, in fact, saved us some money He was polite, was here about minutes or less, and I was surprised at how little it cost us In fact, he even made the extra keys so it saved me a trip to Blackhawk Hardware to have additional keys made To top it off, he raved about the value of being a Revdex.com member I highly recommend Ted's Locksmith

We had a strange thing happen...a key broke off in the car ignitionThankfully we called Teds Locksmith! He was there very quickly and was able to save the day! [redacted] is very professional and great at what he doesI highly recommend them

Stay away from this placeThey did not give me a carfax report on the vehicle I purchaseI found out later that the car had a salvaged title that was due to frame damageI found out when I tried trading the car in to another dealershipNow I'm stuck with a car that I can't refinance nor trade in

We have reviewed Ms. [redacted] complaint.  Mr. Ronald [redacted] was in fact approved for the 2007 [redacted]. But of course there is the process of submitting all paperwork to the lender, in order to complete the loan process.  After many attempts of trying to reach him after the sale...

of the [redacted], Mr. [redacted] failed to provide proof of income.  The lender requires proof of income to complete the loan.  After two weeks or so, Mr. [redacted] then provided a fraudulent paystub.  The lender made several attempts to verify his employment.  The employer verified that Mr. [redacted] was NOT employed with their company. After that, Mr. [redacted] was given the option of choosing a vehicle of his choice for the amount of down payment that he had paid.  He then chose a 2005 [redacted].  He willingly signed all purchase documents for the Expedition.  Mr. [redacted] then had a small balance still for the Expedition.  S & M Auto Brokers, Inc. and Mr. [redacted] made a payment arrangement for the small balance that he had left.   Mr. [redacted] then decided to leave the vehicle deserted in front of our establishment.  A letter of redemption was sent out to the customer via certified us mail when he defaulted on his first payment.   Mr. [redacted] called our office, when he received the letter of redemption, asking what his balance was, and what he needed to pay, in order to redeem the vehicle.  He was told what his balance was.  But then he never came to our office nor made any other phone calls.  The letter of redemption clearly states that he had until January 2, 2017 to redeem the [redacted].  Today is January 20, 2017.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns. Terrible place to purchase a car from they me car with 5 owners and 2 accidents.frame damage.I will go to that place again

Mr. and Mrs [redacted] came back to S&M Auto Sales and got a 2006 Lincoln Zephyr. They are please with their new vehicle. They still owe us $1000 for the down payment.
