The vulture waited for me to park I was away from truck for 15 mins came back found a boot on it with the person putting sticker on my window the lot of the provident which this person says is owned by them .I guess Bloomfield is so hard up they let gangsters run the parking lots.I had to pay the crook 100.00 to take the boot off.It must be a mafia run operation.
