S & K Custom Cabinetry

Review: S&K has been under contract with is since May of 2013 to furnish and install new custom cabinets in our residence. It is now March 2014 and they have yet to finish. What they have completed has been subpar and they have acknowledged and tried to repair some of their errors. The have not reached out to me to solve the problems-I have had to text, email and call them several times. They have a million excuses and no follow through.Desired Settlement: I want my kitchen finished. I would like them to pay to have their work fixed and the remainder of our kitchen finished

We are a cabinet Manufacture only and provided cabinets for this consumer. I will agree with some of this consumers complaints, however I disagree with her response "I have not reached out to them" to take care of the issues. I have! This consumer was dissatisfied with the Drawer hardware, so we replace all the drawer guides with new ones, at our expense. This consumer was dissatisfied with the doors and drawer fronts, so we purchased all new doors and drawer fronts, at our expense. I was not contracted to install and did not install this project. The installer could have done a better job completing his work. I have been cleaning up his subpar work in an attempt to complete this project. I have never told this consumer "No" I would not fix something. There are a few items that remain unfinished that I have purchased to complete this job!
