I realize you cannot please everyone, but I feel that she was trying to pull one over on me.12/30/16 Plumber 9:15-9:45 1/2 hour Look at job NO CHARGE1/14/17 Plumber & Helper 7:30-8:45 1 hour Pickup toilet & pedestal in Norwood, bring to customer’s home and put in foyer.1/16/17 Plumber & Helper 8:10-11:10 3 hours Shut water off to toilet, Remove old one piece toilet and bring down 2 flights of stairs and bring to garage for customer to dispose of. Bring new 2 piece toilet up 2 flights of stairs. Closet flange broken; install repair fix-it flange. Supply and install new closet bolts, set bowl on flange with new wax ring using wedges as floor wasn’t level. Install flush tank on bowl. Supply and install new water supply line. Shut water off to pedestal, remove water supply lines. Supply and install 3/8” brass caps on hot and cold water shut off valves to prevent debris from getting into shut offs. Cut out/off hardened silicone holding pedestal bowl to base, remove threaded screw (secures base to floor), bring base and bowl down 2 flights of stairs and bring to garage for customer to dispose of.
