Review: I have been a customer of S&J Construction Enterprise for 10 years, the owner is [redacted]). [redacted] and his employee [redacted] did some roof repair for me and in the process of repairing my roof he damaged my gutter helmets. I advised [redacted] that his employee [redacted], used a regular ladder instead of a ladder with the arms attached to it, which dented my gutter helmets. I sent [redacted] the repair estimate from gutter helmet. It took a long time for me to reach [redacted] regarding the damages to my gutter helmets. I faxed and mailed a letter along with the estimate, and I did not get any response from [redacted]. I called [redacted] and he let the call go to his voice mail, so I had my sister call [redacted] with me on the other line because he did not know her phone number, and [redacted] answered the call on the first ring. [redacted] told me he was not going to pay for the damages. He told me to kiss his a**, he started yelling at me stating [redacted] used the ladder with the arms. I told him [redacted] used the ladder with out the arms, and he and [redacted] are the only people that I deal with regarding my roof. [redacted] told me to kiss his a**, then he hung the phone up on me. I was shocked at the treatment I received from [redacted], considering I have been his customer for over ten years. Even though [redacted] damaged my gutter helmets I still paid him what I owed him, not knowing that he would treat me this way.Desired Settlement: I would like Mr. Lee to pay for the replacement of the damaged gutter helmets, which is $420.00. I sent him the estimate of the damages.
