We have done everything possible to satisfy Mr***, but we cannot provide warranty service beyond that which our suppliers agree to provide. When engine over-heated, Mr*** continued to knowingly operate mower for a short time possibly causing damage to engine. Both *** and
*** have tried to work with Mr*** to resolve the problem. We have not been involved in the repair issue since the mower was sent to *** in Benton for testing three years ago.
