Due to the installation of wood flooring, the sliding doors in one of the bedroom will not open or close due to reduced height after installation
After the wood floor was installed (January 2017) there was not enough clearance for the sliding door to slide*** said 'no problem' he would contact a door company and get it fixedThat never happenedWe phoned and texted him at least 15-times to follow upWe received text message from him dated Feb "I'm in talks with a guy from *** repJust waiting for an answer..." After that text I followed up with him on Feb 24, Feb 28, Mar 3, April 3, but did not get one response from himI even drove out to his business address and left him a note under his wiper on his business vehicle
