February 28, 2017Hello Ms [redacted] ,My name Is [redacted] and this is my email address.Attached please find a copy of your account ledger with Oakmont that reflects all charges and payments since 7/16/which Is the date that our accounting software was implemented.You will note that on 10/1/ your account balance was -Since that date $4,in charges were posted to your account and you made payments to the account totaling $3,992.17; resulting In a balance due of $as of1/26/17.Because you had to pay $1,In rent for January but moved out on January 17th you are due a rent credit of $583, $less the $balance on your account results in $due back to you.I have examined your ledger and found all the charges and payments to be accurateIf you dispute any of the amounts let us know[redacted] ***, CPMS&H Realty Management, LLP

Business called and stated that he would send consumer his refund in the mail by next week

Business stated that he will be contacting concrete company today and will give me a call back

Complaint closed as assumed answered Spoke with consumer and he stated that he has not received refund And he will let us know when he does

I spoke with Stan and he stated that he told the consumer that he would repair the driveway because of the bad concrete.  He said as soon as the concrete company gets back with him, he will give him a date when he will repair.

Business called and stated that he would send consumer his refund in the mail by next week.
