which is the lessor of [redacted] leased Volkswagen. [redacted] is required to have her vehicle undergo an off-lease inspection ahead of the end of her lease. SGS is the company assigned to inspect her vehicle, and therefore, has contacted [redacted] as a means of scheduling the necessary inspection. To the extent, [redacted] is not turning in her vehicle at the end of the lease, then she should contact VW Credit Inc. and advise of her intentions because in that situation (i.e. where she is exercising her purchase option), the off-lease inspection does not occur.
My appointment for my car inspection was scheduled for today, November 16, 2016 between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. I attempted to contact the company via telephone and went through the phone promps and chose dispatch. I merely wanted to get a closer time rather than the 3 hour window (I do have a life). I could never get through to dispatch despite trying 3 times. I finally called the main number and chose the prompt for scheduling an inspection. I merely wanted to find out where I was in line for my inspection. The woman that answered the phone was VERY rude, speaking over me and talking to me like I was an i
t. She used the word "ain't" at least 3 times during our conversation and seemed to be uneducated as well as rude. I WILL speak to Honda and tell them my experience and hopefully no other customer will be subjected to this type of "customer service"
Review: Have received about 10 unsolicited calls from this compnay over the past several weeks offering their services to inspect my leased vehicle. Each time I ask to be put on the no-call list and block the number. A few days later I receive another call from a different number. Is there any way to make it stop? Thank you very much for your helpDesired Settlement: Please just make the calls stop.
