When I moved in, the management told me if I referred someone I will receive $off of my rent as long as the new resident and I have a zero balance and they did give me a $discount on my rent for June When July came they had changed managementsI gets a letter from the new team and they said I have a balance of $for June The old team never put this information in my files, the contract I had signed wasn't in my files and now they trying to make me payI am not the only one that have this problem its a mess over here and I would like to know what can I doThe S in S & E Holdings is *** the president and she was also working in the office at the time I signed the paper workShes no longer in charge but she still lives in the premises she's acting like she don't know what's going on because she gotten rid of all evidence of the peoples info stating that we had $off of our rent for referring other peopleWhat can we do about this situation

I cpl *** have been residing at *** since febuary of with a monthly rent of $for a bedroom apartment due to a moving specialI have been paying the company $since I moved here and out of no where a new management company takes over and tells that I have to start paying $with no exceptions and to basically deal with it or im going to courtI am a loyal tenant I pay my rent on time never been late or short on rent, I just think it is unfair inconveniencing that my family and I are being treated please try to resolve this issue for me
