S & D Transfer

My name is Rob [redacted] and I am the Controller for S&D Transfer Logistics, Inc.    On Friday I received your letter concerning a complaint that was put against a S&D Transfer, after going through our records we have had no contact or have done any business with [redacted]...

[redacted].  No one here has ever spoken to or has had any dealing with her in regards to her issues or problems as stated in that letter. Please clarify the name of the company and please release us from this matter.

I ordered a bed online from California. The bed has been shipped to S & D Transfer. It was suppose to be delivered Friday June 28th. However they did not call in time as they promised and missed the delivery window. They set up a delivery for Monday July 1st between 1-5. The driver was suppose to call an hour before the delivery. The driver never called and I had to call at 4:30 to find out they were running late. I had told them the day before my building does not accept deliveries after 5 pm. I was suppose to get a call back from a manager that evening and never did. I had to call all morning today to get a response that my bed was not out for delivery today after they missed yesterday's delivery. There is not a single person in the company giving me any answers. I paid $4000 dollars for this bed I bought in May of 2013. I am missing work for no reason and not getting compensated. Also I am paying $3200 a month to live in an apartment that I can't live in because I just moved in and have no bed! This is unacceptable.
