ADVERTISEMENT
Have written SEVERAL requests for receipts to the landlord. Refuses to give me receipts for payments received.
Landlord also did not provide contact information to her tenants when she changed phone numbers and email addresses.
Landlord never provided a copy of the walk-through paperwork when we moved in. Have requested this several times in writing.
Landlord is not taking care of the lawn as stated in the agreement when we moved in. I have been caring for the lawn because I do not want to live in a place that look terrible.
