Built spa shower in master bath that leaked onto hard wood floors. Entire shower had to be ripped out due to sub standard construction work.
Remodel started in December 2012. Complete master bath remodel. Work to be completed in 45 days. Work never completed. Sink leaked onto hardwood floors in master bedroom. Spa shower valves leaking, shower pan installed with a hole in it resulting in water damage, wall damage, floor damage. The entire shower had to be ripped out and all work had to be replaced. We are looking for financial reimbursement for entire cost of remodel plus all the cost to replace all damage. We requested insurance information and S & D refused to supply the information.
