After responding to ad on Marketplace signed contract on 2/1/2019, with Curtis Scott Smith with deposit to build a wood metal storage structure with three months leadtime. He is a master with excuses and and knows how to obtain the maximum amount of cash. The concrete work was preformed in Sept 2019 which I paid the material and labor directly to the sub. Promised once started would finish. Ask for another draw for materials. Not until Nov 2019 did he return to do the framing and sheating. Another sad story about his crew needing money so I paid for the labor to complete. He never returned leaving a sheated building in the weather for the winter. The work also had to be corrected by my new builder and was not to code. After finding others that were cheated I filed with the NCAG Consumer complaints as I ask you to do also. Because my amount is larger than most I will be going to court.

Total RIP off give him money to start job and yet has started after 4 months. And now want answer the phone

S&D has changed its name to TRI STATE Builders. DON"T Do ANY Business with this Company.
His Name Is Scott Smith. He has moved from this address. He will give you a great price but will not finish the job. DON'T PAY THIS MAN the work will not be finished.

total rip-off, never finished after was payed in full. Also substandard work
