Mr. [redacted] put a new roof on our home in [redacted] 2013.In [redacted] of 2014 we had to have him come and reseal all skylights. On [redacted] we tried to contact Mr. [redacted] and tell him we had a large leak over kitchen sink and a smaller leak in bedroom. He advised us that he would be here on [redacted] Mr. [redacted] never showed or called. we tried to contact him several times by phone and E-mail with no response.We tried to contact him on [redacted] with no response. On [redacted] I texted him and he said again he would be here on [redacted] again he did not show or call. On [redacted] I emaied Mr. [redacted] that I would like my roof repaired or I would have to handle it with a lawsuit. On [redacted] I texted him again and ask to have him come check my roof again, with a date and time as he did not show the last 2 times he said he would be here. Finally on [redacted] he said he would be here on [redacted] When we spoke to him on the phone he said it was from ice dams, when he came to check the roof he said he couldn't tell where the leak was coming from because the ceiling in the kitchen is still wet and the skylight over the sink is also leaking,so it couldn't be ice dams. He stated he had to come back when it rained so he could check it with a chemical, again he never returned. I have been trying to get my roof repaired since [redacted] of 2015 with no help. I have tried to be nice about this but I can't seem to get my roof repairedDesired SettlementI would like my roof repaired or a refund to have my roof done correctly. I paid him as soon as job was finished I think he should have fixed problem when he was first notified of problem not avoid me.
