I have requested on several occasions that the hole behind the refrigerator and the hole in the bathroom floor be fixed and [redacted] only askes me for money. Rats and mice have been in the home and a mouse has been on me as I sleept on the couch. She has asked me to move because I complained about it. She discuussed with my son on 28 March 2014 about my rent payment. I stated that was against the law and she stated it wasnt. She showed a receipt book to my son [redacted] about my and the neighbor below me rent statement, showing that she paid in January 2014. The neighbor [redacted], stated to me that she hadn\'t paid rent in 6(six) months. [redacted] was present sitting behind the entry door.On March 22 and 27 signs were left on the door stating that the maintenence was in the home,NOTHING was fixed. I have stated to Ms. [redacted] that food and ALL my receipts for rent payment were missing along with $300.00 worth of money orders. She stated on 28 March 2014 that I should have given them to her instead of leaving them at home. Her maintenence has keys to my home. I have the original key and the key that was the "maintenance" key. Her assisstances have entered the home with my son and myself there. I live there alone and I dont feel safe and I dont know what to do. Sincerely, [redacted]
