Its simple matter, I paid for a service back in Janurary and as of 4/22/14 the work has not been completed!
I paid for a service in full with the agreement that when weather permited they would finish the job. They have had plenty of nicer days to finish this work and they dont! I contacted the owner and he was unprofessional and condescending towards me! All I want is job completed and done right! I worry that by fileing a complaint the owner will do a poor job in finishing or just wont come out and do it! I will admit I have had a lot of issues with there work quality and the owners aggressivness and unprofessionalism towards me! I fear he will retailiate with poor quality work! I truly feel threatened by his actions and attitude towards me! I would caution others who may seek a bid with Mr. [redacted] and realize he is friendly up to point of signing of contract, after which he ignores you and his attitude changes!
