S C Contracting

____ called me the day the driveway was removed and said the asphalt was thicker than he anticipated and need an additional quarter of his money which we gave him. He laid the cement driveway in three different sections, all of which were different heights, and spacing varrying by almost 3/4". Additionally the concrete was not finsihed as promised and it was two-tone and many different areas. He came out to meet with me and admitted several things went wrong and he would make it right. It has been over a month and he will not return my calls. My driveway is not done correctly and looks horrible and will have to be completely torn up and redone. I know am going to have to sue him to return my more than $3,330.
