I had their internet until I found a less expensive provider. I did however, try their cable tv. The picture was so blurry that I asked them to cancel the very same day they installed. They did however, sometime during the installation of their service they cut my cables to my satellite dish. That required that I had to have the satellite company come and fix the problem. They, the satellite company, charged me for a full installation.
