S. Boswell fine clocks

Review: According to the customer this business offered to come to his home to fix a clock. The customer was charged $100.00 with one year warranty. After a while the clock started to run two hours slow.

The customer called the business and told him about it, So they came back to look at the clock and said it is fixed. The owner wanted to charge the customer $75.00, The customer asked "what about the one year warranty"? The owner proceeded to get upset so the customer offered $60.00 and the owner accepted that. The clock still does not work correctly.Desired Settlement: The customer is asking for a full refund.

Review: [redacted] has repaired clocks for me in the past. On the latest occasion, I gave him a clock to repair on June 24, 2013. Clock repair can commonly take several months so I was not concerned that I hadn't heard from him during the summer. I called him on Sept. 13 and he told me that he didn't think it would be long until the clock was repaired. I called again at the end of October and left a message asking him to call me back, but received no answer. I have called almost weekly since then and have not been able to reach him.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my clock returned in repaired condition.
