S & B Contracting

On August 29,2011, we contracted with S&B contracting to purchase and install vinyl railing on our existing wooden deck. We wrote a check for $2200.00 for the purchase of materials. Company owner, [redacted], told us that he purchased the materials and placed them in his storage unit until he could install them. We contacted him repeatedly, but there was always an excuse for his not doing the job. We do not believe he purchased the materials. On May 4, 2012, he paid us $500.00, but still owes the balance of $1700.00. He is not returning phone calls.
