I purchased a Xerox printer colorqube with the understanding that the unit was a new printer what was delivered was a used machine The company refuses to refund my money and take the unit back nor will they honor any warrenty for the unit that has continous problems The company also alleged that I had signed the agreement and had knowlage of the condition when pressed they produced a doctored document
