I rented a inch miter saw from them, and when I went to use the saw, it only had a inch blade on itI could not perform the cuts I needed to with the setup of the sawWhen I called and questioned them about it, the person stated that they only put inch blades on their equipment and that I needed to buy my own bladeI asked if I could get a refund of the rental since I could not use the equipment with how they rented it to me, I was told a flat no
I then returned the saw, and while there stated that I could not perform any cuts with how they rented it to me, they once again stated that I did not know how to properly adjust the saw to make it cut, and that it will cut just fineHe had another worker show me how to "adjust" the saw to have it cut with a inch bladeI had to remove a stop screw, that would prevent the head of the saw from cutting through the bottom of the table with a inch bladeIt also was a stop to make sure that the head of the saw did not pop up too high
After about minutes after I left, I received a phone call stating that they would perform a full refund and I would see it in the mail
It was such poor customer service from the time I had an issue till the time I left that I will never do any business with them againThe fact that they wanted me to go against what the manufacturer had set up for not only the saw blade, but removing safety stops to have the saw operate how they rented it to me was not acceptable
