I have 1999 ford conture car.my fly whell needed replaced so I take it to a garage in st paris ohio wher I live.The guy told me it would be 500.00 and could I pay for the part up front I did 0ne hundread and ten dollers. he had my car for over a month I went to get my car still not working right I take it back and he said I needed new starter so I had my nephew put on new starter another hunderead dollers still not working so I called him every day asking him if he was going to make this right with my car he just put me off every day.so I got a mechanic in [redacted] ohio to fix it in 4 days my car was doneand he showed me the guy in st paris never even touched the fly whell but he say he put new one on.I went to busness and I told him he didnt put the new fly whell on and I thought the right thing was for him to give me my money back .but he saied go ahead and sue him I would lose. there is another man in st paris that he has had his car for 4 months .can these people get away doing people like this.he needs checked out bad.I have contacked the attorny general office and filed a complaint and they advised me to file in small claimes court but that cost 65.00 and I live in a senior cetizen complex and I just dont have the money to do all this.I am going to file a police report today for this .12-14-12. if there is anything can be done to stop this man from ripping people off I would like to have it done Thank you
