I started renting from ***.. ***. Everything was inclusive WiFi, water electricity. Things were fine for about 5 months... then I started noticing he was entering my room while I was gone at work. *** would also avoid my camera by resetting the google home in the bathroom downstairs to link to his personal services for stalking purposes.. After the lease renewed from the 6th month to a year my phone and passwords kept getting reset . I would come home to my computer being powered on and notices of motion from my *** system. After this kept happening I asked to get my own internet connection he knew if he didn’t I would have moved... it was already to late... needless to say I had nowhere to live no money to move out I was on disability and had to stick with the constant surveillance and violation of my privacy. ***. Moving forward to last month after several Trumatic events my brother came and pick me up from out of state.I had a doctors note stating my living environment was unsafe and I should seek other arrangements immediately and the “facility” was non ADA
Compliant. This letter was written July 17 By my doctor this was the same day I gave notice to the property manager and ***. *** stated He received a notice on Aug18 which is a lie. He there for stole my $550.00 deposit and $51.47 in interest.
