We have been customers for many years and had no issuesRecently we hired Rymes to install oil tanks in our vacation homeThe work was delayed because the tanks could not be ordered in timeWhen the work was done on 7/10/all seemed fine It was only days later, on July that Rymes was back to fix another issue, this time with the air conditioning unitThis technician completely dissed the previous workTelling us we'd been lied to, the tanks were not special orderedNot only that, but the piping was wrong, and the hole in the siding left by the tank install was not acceptableThis technician had nothing good to say about work we'd just paid $to complete When I called Rymes to ask, they denied ever being at the house on 7/30, I was told, flat out by Bob that, "there is only one work order for your houseThat wasn't us." Except my invoices, one for 7/and another for 7/show just the opposite Even worse, the technician who bashed the oil tank install did work that only kept things running for a little over a monthBy 9/11/the heat and AC would not come onA call to Rymes was not returned until the next dayThen the customer service person just said, "Oh oh," when I told her my story and who I'd spoken to I'm not left with oil tanks I'm not sure are installed correctly AND heat/AC that will not workNo one likes to be lied to, especially about something so costly and vital
