We clearly explained to Mr.*** that we were providing Gree AC unit that was affordable for his budget, and if he wanted upgrade to a Mitsubishi that is was ok but needed to pay the difference, And he told us to install the Gree AC unit for the original price.Mitsubishi was never in our Contract
Agreement we both signed on 1-13-15 We called him 1hrafter one missed call.We emailed him the purchase order and invoice on 4-12-Don't understand why he file this complaint. We take care of our customers!!!
