After a February 20, 2013 funeral held for my late brother, I requested an itemized invoice for the funeral expenses that were to be paid from a prepaid Funeral Trust held by Ryder Funeral Home for the amount of $10,000.00. No response from Ryder Funeral Home. On March 28, 2013 I sent a letter (copy available)to the Ryder Funeral Home requesting an itemized invoice for the funeral expenses that were to be paid from a prepaid Funeral Trust. No response from Ryder Funeral Home. On May 30, 2013 I sent a second letter (copy available) by certified mail/signed for returned receipt, requesting an itemized invoice for the funeral expenses that were to be paid from a prepaid Funeral Trust, and requested a response by June 14, 2013. Failure to respons by phone call or by letter would result in a report to the Revdex.com. No response from Ryder Funeral Home.Desired SettlementAs requested, an actual accurate itemized invoice provided in a reasonable time frame for the funeral expenses that were paid from the prepaid Funeral Trust.
