Company drivers are held to a standard of no more than 2 points on license and drivers are provided written notification of safe driving policy. After consumer complained of the driver smelling of exhaust fumes, the driver was given a 2017 vehicle for client transport.  The driver was replaced at the request of the consumer.We are not required to have aids during transport.
