Review: This dry cleaner damaged a brand new shirt that had only been worn once. I brought the shirt back to them and the owner said the manager would be in later in the day. When I went back to speak to the manager she relayed the owners message(owner never told me this) that there was nothing they would do about it. The manager was adamant that this could not have happened as they check for this. I know for a fact that this happened at there location and they refuse to take any ownership of the issue or provide any sort of recourse.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to own up to the fact they are capable of damaging items and at least offer to pay for a portion of shirt they ruined as the replacement cost will be over $100.

I brought the shirt in the day I found the damage with the tag and was told there was no way this could have happened by your owner.
