Ryan Morales / Flashback Cruise

I started paying for Flashback cruise in June 2014. I continued to make payments using my debit card until December 2014. Totaling $1332. 12 days before we are to set sail on this cruise the Promoter Ryan Morales cancels the event. I immediately requested a refund. I have many emails and text messages of broken promises he made on returning my money!
