Review: I have spent 2 years trying to get my money back for a product that I put money towards and was not able to afford the item so did not purchase it. Ryan refused to give me my money back and said that I could chose something from his store to make up for the $960 of mine that he was just keeping. We had no contract he ended up selling the item for $3500 which he denies but is clearly shown on his blog and some websites as sold with the price listed.For 2 years now every time he says I will get some product (that I dont even want from his mens store, but am so sick of fighting I just gave up) but he has yet to send me anything. I either get excuses or now he again has just completely cut off contact. I have talked to multiple attorneys all saying that I will get my money back but A. I can not afford an attorney, and B. any that will take it upfront are charging just about what I am trying to get back.This person is dishonest, and cruel, I am not rich I am disabled and not working, he has clearly taken advantage of me. Beware of this man and his business ventures. he has many.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back that is it. Just that $960 back in my paypal. I would even agree to a small fee for not purchasing the item but at this point I dont think he deserves that. he just needs to give me my money back. this is not someone hurting for cash he owns a clothing store in new york, is one of the top articulators in the world, has his own jewelry line. he has the money he is just cruel and wont give it back to me. there is proof of everything via email, facebook, and text.
