Right after my husband and I left your shop, we called you and left a voice mail about visible scratches on the tint and some of them actually are scratches on the windshield itselfWe did not hear from you until later that evening with an explanation that the scratches will bake in with timeTwo weeks later, my husband contacted you again with the same concern but you didn't have time to look at the truck until another weeks laterWe understand that you are busy but you have to stand by your work and provide past customers with the same attention as new customers
Beside the lack of availability from you, I would like to voice my complaint about the damage that you have caused to our vehicle and not willing to repair
