I have been using them for a while, and it seems ever since their people have been working from home things fall thru the cracks. I was running low on my insulin, so I called them to refill. The first week went by and I still had no insulin. so when I called, they claimed they had no record of me calling. So here is the first lie. the 2nd week had theme start the process but they failed to complete it. On the 3rd week I was told the manufacturer was out of product. So I called them direct, only to find out they had not been contacted with the needed info. and had plenty of product available. If you like staying on hold for an average of 45 minutes only to be lied to this is the company you want screwing you

I signed up for RX Savers 3 months ago and I have been waiting for approval of my medication since then. I kept calling to check on the status and they kept saying they were waiting on the manufacture to approve. First of all, I thought I was approved thru RX Savers at least that’s what I was told by them. So, it has taken 3 months to get approved for no fault of my own. I had another Dr appt today and my physician has ordered another medication since I have been without my medication since August and I called RX Savers to check on the status and they informed me that I should be receiving my medication within 2 weeks. I informed them that because it’s taken so long I no longer need it and would like a refund like I was told for the last 3 months. She told me that wasn’t possible and she could only issue one months worth. I explained to her that wasn’t acceptable and not my fault they took so long. She started yelling at me and said she would have to have a supervisor call me regarding my refund that she refused to give me a credit. What, so you took my money for 3 months and now that my Dr no longer recommends this medication for me you are refusing to credit me for the last 3 months? What a rip off. I have called them 10 plus times over the last 3 months to try and get answers and this is how you treat your customers? Never again. Such a scam.

Today RX Saver saved me $31.73 (61%) off of my prescription!!! I currently do not have insurance so I was so nervous about picking up my medication, but remembered about this app that my sister mentioned to me. I downloaded it, entered the medication name, and TA DA! Savings! So when I showed the coupon for $16.57 the pharmacist had to re-do the paperwork, but assured me that the drug itself didn’t change. It was just the price so the papers that are stapled to the bag had to be reprinted. I didn’t mind waiting. He came back and told me that the amount wasn’t the same but it was still low. The new total was $20.82...UMMMM ILL TAKE IT! A $3 difference and still saved 61%! I walked out of there feeling empowered haha I’ll be using this every time from now on even when my insurance kicks in! I’m a very VERY happy customer!

GREAT DEAL

I was delighted at the price I received through LowestMed. My insurance needed a prior authorization so I thought I could get started by buying enough for a few days. I ended up getting the entire prescription filled - the discounted price was about the same as the copay over the course of the treatment !

I was interested in filling a script that my insurance had balked at covering, I was pleasantly surprised to find a coupon lowering what would have been $900 out of pocket, to $95.52 within a 3 mile drive, with Lowest Med.

My esthetician recommended I get a prescription for Tretinoin cream for my wrinkles and skin care. My insurance does not cover it, so I went online to (hopefully) find a coupon to help with this costly cream ($175 for a 45gm tube). I originally was under the impression that my insurance was giving me the lowest price on my prescription medication, but was I wrong. I was prescribed an antibiotic and when I went to get it at the pharmacy, I was shocked at the $52 price I was given with my insurance. I used a discount from LowestMed and was able to get my medication for $28. That's almost 50% off. I now check all my prescriptions prices with my insurance and with LowestMed.
