I contacted this company online and purchased hair! But This company is a complete scam!!
I initially purchased two bundles of 20 inch body wave in a 16 x 5 frontal. I was contacted about seven minutes later by the company via text message stating that they could not accept my form of payment and that they wanted me to send another form of payment. Once the transaction was complete I received an email stating that my refund for the first initial payment. They informed me that they will send me a refund of that money back and it never posted which meant I had paid them twice! PayPal had sent me an email stating that the refund was sent so I was confused on how they got around that! I still had no hair and was out of literally $***! These girls are complete scams they do their friends hair, post cute pictures and con people into believing that they have a legit business. I of course disputed all of the transactions and got a complete full refund but ladies and gentlemen please be aware of these people they're low down dirty poor roaches!!
I really wish they would just shut it down and stop scamming people during a pandemic they all need to go to jail!!
To whom it may concern, *** was refunded both times . I have photo documentation. How can Paypal send a refund email out when one hasn't initially taken place ?. I refunded her and she disputed the charge after it was refunded because Paypal didn't give her back her money immediately . Meaning she tried to collect her payment twice . So Paypal shutdown my account completely because now the
transaction was under investigation because of the dispute. I contacted her and communicated with her that it would take some time to receive her refund because she disputed it and called my establishment a scam . Anything that I get a refund for takes 3-5 business days to receive but this woman expected it to come back immediately I guess. I sent her $415.00 through zelle so since she received her money back I am the one that has been scammed correct? I would like to legal action taken for money that I am now scammed out of . She's the reason she didn't receive the refund because she did spited the charges minutes after purchasing, you can look at the zelle transaction . She filed the claim the same day she sent the money.

This young lady uses a non-traceable electronic cash payment system called Zelle so that way you cannot dispute any of your payments! She baits you in saying she excepts PayPal which is a form of payment most people are comfortable with, once you make the payment she contacts you and ask you to send it through Zell that's how she gets two payments. Then she tells you you have to wait 10 business days to receive your merchandise when on the website she clearly says that she's fully stocked. We live in the same exact city so I didn't understand why it would take so long if all you had to do was package the merchandise up and ship it out .Why would I order a product just to ask for my money back if I didn't feel as if I were being scammed? Like I explained when I Attempted to purchase the product, I was contacted via text message telling me that they couldn't except my form of payment. Thinking that maybe it was my card I used another card to make the purchase both transactions were successful. She tried to confuse me but was unsuccessful and decided to keep both of my payments until I took further action and she was forced to give me my money back! As I stated before this company is a complete scam and I will be taking *** to small claims!
She is committing fraud by disputing charges already made , she is trying to tarnish a business saying she was scammed yet received all her money back . Good luck spending your money to go to court when you've already received your money back . Nothing was stolen from you . My site & any other site gives me 14 business days to ship due to COVID-19 . We were in total compliance and communication with her. I sent all receipts indicating that her money was refunded to her just not in the matter she's chose. I've been doing business for 7 years never had to take anything from anyone. Which is why she was refunded and block my business doesn't need to service anyone who doesn't know the difference between suing me & why LLC's are created . All proof has been provided, also let's make sure people who are reporting claims must provide proof for these allegations as I have done so to prove my innocence.

Unfortunately what this company has done has already been proven. This is not a trustworthy reputable hair vendor/company. ***s a complete fraud as I have stated. The method that she chose to take regarding her business is very sneaky. This company tried to scam me out of my money and was unsuccessful. They are now trying to cover up what they try to do, but the documents prove otherwise. There are other complaints on other websites about this company & I will warn anyone trying to purchase from this company to be aware of their scam! She is taking advantage of people during these terrible times and I refuse to let her make me another one of her victims! Good luck and stay safe!
I came to *** August 25th of 2019 for a lace frontal installation. I purchased my frontal hair from her and purchased the service of installation and styling. In total I was charged 565$. I paid her in cash. She took a total of 9 hours to do my hair. I was told I could not take a hot shower or sweat profusely for 7days. I was told to buy paper head wraps and wear a silk scarf or bonnet. I did everything I was told after my appointment. The very next morning my lace frontal on the left side was lifted. I contacted *** and she agreed to fix it for free only for her to half way do my hair once again my hair was lifting by the morning once again. I contacted her again for my refund or to truly fix my hair as a client and for your reputation as a beautician only for her to ignore me. I went up to her shop only to be bullied and threatens by her co workers & told simply NO I cannot have my money back or fair fixed.

Instead this woman took advantage of me and has people contacting me regarding the matter threading me. I want my money back and to be left alone
