This is also the reason refunds are taking such a long time.As soon as negotiations and mediations have concluded and the insurance company is satisfied, ALL refunds will be given, along with pain and suffering.This is a Christian agency and would never "steal" any client funds. Although funds were forwarded to the agency, all relevant funds were paid to the cruise line.We are in the final stages of this process and all affected clients are being refunded double cruise costs, any additional costs paid AND pain and suffering.Thank you for the opportunity to respond!
