We have been in our RWS home now for years in the development of Lincoln Hills and surprised to see that there are no reviews for RWS The quaility of construction is unsurpassed by anything I've seen elsewhere I could rehash all the positives but the information on their website is accurate and says it all When minor issues arose, someone was at the house immediately to address it until it was corrected If something came up outside of the warranty period but was related to construction, they addressed it anyway I have heard that many things that used to be included in the home price are no longer included such as the concrete driveway and sidewalks are no longer available at all but I believe that they are up front about those expenses before you place a deposit RWS has improved North Huntingdon Township overall thanks to building over quality homes in the area and I highly recommend building with them
