Review: I won a gift Certificate # [redacted] for 3 month of free membership. When I tried to sign up the manager Shawn A toll me that was an issue with the Certificate The number on the certificate did not match the name on the certificate,that he would have to look into the matter and get back to me. I waited ten days for him to call , after which I called him on four occasion with no reposes from him. Yesterday I called again and was told that he was in a meeting, I left a message to return my call and if he did not I was going to the Better Business and file a complaintDesired Settlement: to honor the Gift Certificate as written
